Job Title: Lead Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant
Location: Midlands, good access to M1
Salary / Benefits: £26K – £36k + Company Vehicle +Benefits
Overview Our client is a fast growing legionella company, who provide the full range of legionella compliance services to a mixed portfolio of contracts across the UK. They are currently seeking the services of an self‑motivation and professional Lead Legionella Risk Assessor based in or around the Northampton area. The successful candidate will hold extensive experience delivering risk assessments across a variety of sites and sectors. The successful candidate will be covering sites around the Midlands region, so the client is happy to receive CVs from applicants with good access to the M1 and West / East Midlands.

Experience & Qualifications
Will ideally hold the City and Guilds or WMSoc Legionella Risk Assessing qualification.
Will have fill working knowledge of the ACOP L8 guidelines.
Will hold extensive experience working in the Legionella / Water Treatment industry.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using Microsoft office.
Responsibilities
Carrying out Legionella risk assessments on a range of sites, in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
Providing clients with recommendations, prices, quotations and plans for routine control measures and remedial works and undertaking risk assessments.
Providing schematic drawings, final documents, and reports for clients.
Attending meetings with clients when and as requires.
Maintaining and building professional relationships with clients.
