Opportunity
Get ready for an exciting season at Lake Mountain as a Food & Beverage Attendant! We are looking for versatile staff who know how to provide exceptional service, can brew a good coffee, take food orders and complete general food prep and service. Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family‐oriented snow play park. It is the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2‐hour drive from the city centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP)
* Make and serve beverages in a timely fashion including but not limited to tea, coffee, juices and soft drinks
* Provide high‐quality customer service when taking food and beverage orders from guests via the POS system, processing EFTPOS transactions efficiently
* Serve customers at the bistro, with the ready‐made hot and cold food options
* Clearly convey orders and communicate with kitchen staff and other team members
Skills, experience and qualifications
* Food handling certificate
* Prior experience in a front‐of‐house customer service role or food and beverage role
* Prior experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information – desirable
* Exceptional communication skills
* Reliable, hardworking and a team player

Location: Lake Mountain, Marysville, VictoriaHourly pay rate: $33.65 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus superClose date: 7th April 2026We have opportunities to work up to full‐time hours (38 hours) & weekend part‐time hours (15–20 hours)
