About the Role
This role sits at the center of our customer operations.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating jobs, managing schedules, and supporting customer accounts — while actively looking for ways to add value, grow accounts, and strengthen customer relationships.
You’ll develop the skills to move beyond coordination into account ownership and revenue growth.
This is not just an admin role — it’s a development role for someone who can combine strong coordination, customer service, and sales awareness.
Sales Focus:
* Spot and act on upsell & cross-sell opportunities
* Build relationships and grow existing accounts
* Follow up, nurture, and retain customers
What We’re Looking For:
* Highly organised with strong scheduling ability
* Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
* Fast-paced, proactive, and detail-focused
* Opportunity-focused mindset (you look for ways to add value and grow accounts)
* Strong time management
You don’t need to come from a sales background — but you should be someone who naturally looks for ways to add value, build relationships, and support customer growth.
Residential construction experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
Systems
* Outlook & Excel (strong)
* Job management systems (preferred)
