Job Overview
This is a leadership position that requires technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead the reliability function within Production Operations, delivering solutions that balance stakeholder needs.
* Provide accurate reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform business decisions.
* Lead investigations into asset failures and ensure findings inform future maintenance plans.
* Drive adoption of best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to uplift the reliability function while mentoring a team of reliability professionals.
* Skilled engineer with experience in asset management, preferably in power generation or industrial settings.
* Degree in engineering and at least five years' experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
* Mix of site and office-based work in Tasmania's locations.
