The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across quarrying and recycling markets. This role will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving strategic growth across commercial, civil, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure, and recycling industries.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing new partnerships.
* Prepare tenders, quotations, and proposals for quarry materials and recycling contracts.
* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent Crushing Dynamics QLD at industry events, networking meetings, and customer presentations.
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the quarrying, recycling, or construction materials sector.
* Strong understanding of aggregates, recycled materials, and quarry processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Queensland as required.
