Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Locum General Radiographer for a busy hospital in Launceston. Our client is an accredited teaching hospital in Launceston. It serves as a major acute care hospital for the region and provides a wide range of medical services to the community. The hospital has a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied health practitioners, and support staff, who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical care. They are committed to providing compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring the well-being and safety of their patients.
All about the role
* General x-ray
* Use of Siemens Xray/Phillips II/Carestream and Fuji portables/ siemens fluoro
* Shifts are likely to be Monday – Friday, with no on call. Occasional weekend or shift work may apply
* RIS used on site Karisma
Skills and experience
* Experience in General Radiography
* APHRA Registration essential
* Australian working rights
* Experience with Siemens Xray/Phillips II/Carestream and Fuji portables/ siemens fluoro
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting. Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high clinical standards.
* Team-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multimodality team environment.
* Ability to meet client credentialing process, our team can guide you through this process
