About the Role: We're currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to support a well-established structural steel contractor during a key leadership transition. This position is a contract or temp-to-perm opportunity based in the northern suburbs of Perth, with occasional travel required. You'll play a hands-on role across both estimating and project delivery functions, working closely with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth, safe, and successful execution of fabrication and installation works. Duties: Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for structural steel projects Review offshore estimates and integrate local scope and pricing Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and delivery coordination Attend site inspections and meetings to ensure accurate scope and pricing Manage projects from contract award to delivery, including procurement and scheduling Coordinate with detailing and fabrication teams (local and offshore) Lead variation pricing and documentation throughout delivery Communicate consistently with clients and internal stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met onsite Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating and/or project delivery within the structural steel industry Strong understanding of fabrication and installation methodologies Ability to interpret structural drawings, scopes of work, and specifications Experience working with offshore fabrication or detailing teams (highly regarded) Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools Confident communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving skills Current Australian working rights and valid C Class Driver's Licence Willingness to travel interstate for site or client meetings as required How to Apply: If you're ready to step into a fast-paced role where you'll make an immediate impact, Apply now or contact Ash on 0451 444 363 for more information.
