The Opportunity
As The Business Development Executive For Victoria, You Will
* Own the full enterprise/government sales cycle
* Apply disciplined methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) for opportunity qualification and advancement
* Drive a structured process from discovery → solution alignment → proposal → RFP/tender → close
* Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solutions architects, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from scoping to delivery
* Grow long-term value through managed services and recurring revenue offerings
* Represent the Victorian arm of a business known for technical depth, trust, and delivery excellence
What You'll Bring
* Experience selling technology solutions in Australia (AV, ICT, UC, SaaS, digital platforms, or similar)
* A track record securing and growing enterprise or government accounts
* Working knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar structured sales frameworks
* Comfort navigating long, complex sales cycles, procurement gates, and multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong rapport-building skills with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, IT leads, and procurement teams
* A hunter mentality backed by consultative, solution-first thinking
