The Person
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is calm, organised and confident managing their own portfolio. This role will suit someone who values long-term client relationships and wants to work in a supportive boutique environment.
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
* Strong communication skills
* A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* A genuine enjoyment for building long-term client relationships
* Certificate of Registration or relevant licence
* Driver’s licence and reliable car
The Role
This is an end-to-end Property Manager role managing a boutique residential portfolio of approximately 140 to 150 properties.
Your duties will include:
* End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
* Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Managing repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Handling lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio management
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
