**What We Do**
We're looking for a tech-savvy critical thinker to join our internal IT team, who manage LEAP's global internal network. You'll own the 'business as usual' part of the team and resolve queries and issues reported by LEAP's Australian employees via the Jira ticketing system.
To succeed, you'll:
* Assist with incoming requests for support and troubleshooting issues on PCs, Macs, Printers, and Networks
* Keep up-to-date ticket notes and documentation
* Purchase hardware and update the asset manager
* Onboard and offboard users across the internal systems (Active Directory, Office 365, DropBox, Zoom, Atlassian)
* Set up new hardware (PC/Mac) and deliver it to end-users on time
* Be involved in projects pre-implementation activities
* Actively think about improving processes and internal procedures to make your job more efficient and faster
**What You Bring**
You'll have at least 2 years experience in an IT Support role, along with:
* Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
* Experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS
* Administrative experience in Dropbox and Zoom
* Experience with Atlassian products, mainly with Jira and Confluence
* An understanding of Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
* An understanding of LANs, WANs, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN
