A great opportunity for a Level 1 IT Support or recent IT graduate to get their foot in the door at a large organisation. This is a backfill position with the possibility to extend after 6 months.
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues over multiple channels
- Ensure all procured assets are tracked in the asset management system ensuring compliance for audit purposes
- Create supporting documentation of technical problems, error messages and troubleshooting step and action plans
**Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service, ability to learn quickly and a great team player
- Willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance Certificate
- Willing to travel for field service - including outside the metro area as required
