Key characteristics of the ideal candidate include current NSW Certificate of Registration, at least 2 years of real estate sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills, self-motivation with excellent time management and organisational abilities, ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, results-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed targets, valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, and ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese as an advantage.
