Career Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for curating and creating spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.
Your primary focus will be on working with builders, interior designers, architects, and retail customers to ensure their projects run smoothly from engagement to completion.
* Client consultation in the showroom to understand their design needs and preferences
* Assisting clients throughout the design & product selection process, providing expert advice and guidance
* Developing and implementing design solutions that meet both clients' needs and aesthetic requirements
* Estimating product costs and submitting detailed quotes for client approval
* Following up on quotes and processing client payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining high levels of client/contractor communication throughout the design process, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery
* Maintaining and updating the showroom and products library to ensure a wide range of options for our clients
* Liaising with suppliers and representatives to source new products and services that meet our clients' evolving needs
