**About the role**
Our client is seeking the skills of an Accounts Receivable Officer to commence immediately in a permanent full-time role. Our client is a 100% Australian owned company that boasts several different services. In this role you will assist with the full accounts receivable process. You will have the continued support of the larger finance team to drive efficiency in your accounts receivable function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily receipting and following up of outstanding receipts
- Bank reconciliation
- Management of cash payments (processing an recording payments)
- Undertaking debt recovery management
- Maintaining customer requests and updating the internal database
- Managing month end processes;
**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Experience in an accounts receivable role in a busy environment
- Ability to work proficiently in a medium to high volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with JDE highly regarded, but not essential
