We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Support Professional to join our team.
About the Role
As a Domestic Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with domestic tasks in their own homes, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain independence where possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for undertaking a range of domestic tasks such as making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
* You will also provide social support in the community, building relationships with clients and their families.
* In addition, you will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, requiring unrestricted access to a vehicle and ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3–6 months experience in domestic or industrial cleaning is required.
* You must hold a valid driver's license with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle that is appropriately insured and in good condition.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

* A competitive hourly rate of $32.74 + super.
* A travel allowance of $1.03 per km.
