About the Role
Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary and allergy requirements
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Support food-related learning experiences with the education team
Stay up to date with food regulations and nutrition guidelines
Work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
About You
Passion for preparing nutritious meals for young children
Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Cert III in Early Childhood desirable)
Experience managing a kitchen and catering to dietary needs/allergies
Knowledge of HACCP and Australian Nutrition Foundation guidelines
Valid Food Safety and/or Food Handling Certificate
Strong team player with great communication skills
