As the Site Engineer you will support day-to-day operations by coordinating the technical, quality, and safety elements of construction activities. You will work with site, design, commercial, HSE and quality teams to achieve project results.
Daily Responsibilities
* Coordinate trades, review drawings, track progress, and help resolve RFIs/ technical queries
* Support onsite inspections, QA documentation, ITP compliance, and defect rectification
* Assist with procurement/ logistics, verify materials against spec, and manage site records/ photo documentation
* Contribute to a positive culture aligned to our Built Worthy values and "tell it like it is/ see it, call it, fix it" behaviours
Essential Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management (or similar)
* Experience in commercial construction on high value projects (if you have completed a Graduate Program this will hold you in good stead)
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and confident communication across site stakeholders
* Exposure to project systems such as Aconex, MS Project or Primavera (advantage)
