In order to be successful, you will require:
* 2+ years' 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
* A strong understanding of the relevant industry that you would like to focus on.
* An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
* Ambition, a sense of self-pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities.
* Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.
* Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction and sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
* Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
* Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including: talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
