Synergy Traffic Management is expanding, and we're looking for dedicated Traffic Controllers and experienced Team Leaders to join our team across the Goulburn Valley and North East Victoria.

* Construction Induction (White Card)
* Current Driver's Licence (Manual or Automatic)
* TC1 or TC2 Traffic Control Qualifications
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Team Leader Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' traffic control experience with the ability to coordinate daily site operations
* Leadership / Supervision experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage teams and liaise confidently on-site
