Overview
A leading mining company is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams in a workshop environment. This hands-on leadership position requires at least 2 years in mining maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will drive improvements in fleet performance while building cross-functional relationships to support maintenance delivery. The role operates on an 8 days on / 6 days off, 7 nights on / 7 nights off roster, with Point of Hire from Perth Airport.
