About the Role
Covering the ACT and Regional NSW, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven Area Sales Manager to join LED Group's NSW team.
This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on territory growth, market development, and long-term relationship building. Operating through a dual-market approach, the role builds strong partnerships with electrical wholesalers while also actively engaging electrical contractors and end users to generate demand and drive pull-through sales via the wholesale channel.
You will take ownership of your territory, develop key relationships, grow market presence, and build sustainable revenue through a consultative, professional sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive account and territory management
* Develop and expand relationships with wholesalers, contractors and end users
* Build market presence and brand visibility in the territory
* Drive revenue growth through relationship-led selling
* Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to order placement
* Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
* Respond to quotations and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Support product development and market feedback initiatives
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
* Strong field sales capability and relationship-building skills
* Experience in trade, wholesale, distribution, contractor or channel-based sales environments
* Strong commercial acumen and territory planning skills
* Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused
* Professional, reliable and team-oriented approach
* Current driver's licence with a clean record
About You
While experience in the lighting industry or selling into the electrical wholesale channel is highly regarded, it is not essential.
