The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation aligned with security protocols, quality management systems, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain explicit and accurate documentation including:Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Work InstructionsSecurity -related operational processesQuality control and compliance documentationLiaise with the Security team to ensure all documentation reflects current practicesMaintain version control, document consistency, and adherence to internal standardsSupport general administration duties as requiredEssential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated ability to write and manage SOPs and Work InstructionsProven experience in a technical documentation or technical writing roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detailStrong organisational skills and ability to work independently and collaborativelyHighly Regarded (Not Essential)Experience in an ISO-compliant or regulated environmentBackground in quality management systems (QMS)Exposure to security operations or other sensitive/controlled work environmentsCertificate or Diploma in Project ManagementTo submit your application, please forward your resume in word format by selecting "apply."
