**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Paint Prepper / Trade Assistant** to join the team at RMA Mornington.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles as per job sheet
- Assist technicians and spray painters with general workshop duties
- Move vehicles in and out of the workshop or spray booth
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and work bays
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
- Assist with masking, sanding, or basic panel preparation
- Organise tools and consumables for tradespeople
- Adhere to our OH&S policy including use of PPE
**Does this sound like you?**:
- Previous experience in a prepper, painting, or trade assistant role (automotive preferred)
- Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
- High attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual, and a team player
