The Central Allocations Unit (CAU) is excited to invite applications for Ward Clerk’s to join our casual team!Successful applicants will have an opportunity to work across our Acute, Sub-Acute and Aged Care Communities at Grampians Health Ballarat.You will have an essential role in welcoming patients, visitors, medical staff and unit staff while providing reception, clerical and administrative support to the unit.Your well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills will allow you to adjust quickly and work effectively as part of any team that you are placed in. You will be excellent with your time management and organisation skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.Ward Clerk hours range from 7.00am – 9.00pm and may include weekend work. Applicants must have the availability to work across a variety of shift times.
