Business Partner
We are seeking a strategic liaison between HR and business operations to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives, driving performance and growth.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with senior management to guide organisational design and workforce planning, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
* Ability to commit to a site-based roster.
