We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Digital Specialist) to embed and enhance Protecht, our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) database‑driven system, incorporating risk, compliance, incident management, audits and inspections across the enterprise.
At the heart of this role is a unique opportunity to help shape our GRC platform. You will ensure Protecht’s utilisation and optimisation by developing and implementing documentation and stakeholder training.

- Drive Improvement – Undertake impact assessments and assist in the delivery of vendor‑led enhancements, help mature internal change‑management through prioritisation, structured release cycles, pre‑ and post‑change validation processes.
About the team
This role will work closely with the GRC Co‑ordinator, the Group Compliance Manager, the system owner and system SMEs under a shared‑services model to deliver the annual plans for Protecht’s utilisation and optimisation.
About You
