What We're Looking For in You
* Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)/Cert III Health Services Assistant
* Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
* Genuine empathy that shines through your care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A true team player who thrives on collaboration
* Passion for continuous learning and improvement
* Whole‐person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
* Excellent time management and tech skills
* Sharp clinical judgment and problem‐solving ability
About the Role
* Provide daily personal care and support to residents
* Keep accurate records and documentation
* Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
* Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
* Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
* Need reliable candidates available weekdays and weekends for permanent part‐time
