$31.52 per hour Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm

The overall aim is to provide customer service and administrative functions. The role combines administrative skills with effective and concise communication to our clients customers and site operations.
Work effectively within a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Duties of the role are (but not limited to)**
- Understand customer service agreements
- Determine opportunities to attend and engage in activities which contribute positively to customer service performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Assist the Sales and Customer Services team in preparing customer IT solutions
- Actively participate as a member of the regional customer service team
- Represent the Company by understanding and communicating our clients vision, goals and objectives
- Promote and support effective teamwork of all staff
- Complaint management and deescalation
**Qualifications and skills**
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- WMS and Cargolink experience preferred but not essential
