Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs.
* Provide evidence-based and goal-directed therapy services.
* Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities.
* Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants.
* Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement.
About You:
* Current full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
* Experience in aged care or supporting people living with dementia is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage a complex workload and adapt to changing priorities.
* Customer-focused and works effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Bethanie.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
