Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customersInterpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customersOversee the processes of work order preparation and schedulingRespond to customer service concerns and problemsAct in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activitiesEnhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providersMonitors and control facility and asset utilizationEnforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
Qualifications
Associate Degree or EquivalentAt least 1-year related experience in the automotive service businessASE certifications as requiredCurrent and valid driver's licenseSupervisory and management skillsService diagnosis and technical skillsBusiness mathematical aptitudeAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation: $70,****** per year
