We are seeking a skilled Local Tipper Truck Driver to join our Transport & Logistics team. This role involves delivering bulk materials such as soils, mulches, potting mixes, and other landscaping supplies to a variety of customers, including retail yards, nurseries, and landscape suppliers.
This position offers a mix of local and regional deliveries, operating modern, well-maintained vehicles, and being part of a team known for safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
* Operate tipper truck and dog trailer safely, following company policies, road laws, and NHVR regulations
* Deliver bulk products to customer sites efficiently and safely
* Perform reversing, tipping, and trailer securing in confined or busy areas
* Complete pre-start checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report defects
* Use and maintain the Electronic Work Diary (EWD) for fatigue management compliance
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and provide professional customer service
* Follow all WHS procedures and company safety policies
About you
* Current HC licence with at least 2 years' tipper and dog trailer experience.
* Strong reversing skills and ability to work independently.
* Knowledge of NHVR permits and fatigue management requirements, including EWD.
* Customer-focused, safety-conscious, and reliable.
* Desirable: experience in landscaping or bulk product deliveries, mechanical aptitude for basic truck maintenance, and a strong safety and compliance focus.
