THE ROLE: As a Territory Manager, you will drive direct sales of surgical solutions across hospital accounts, working closely with surgeons, operating theatre teams, and other healthcare professionals.
You'll be responsible for promoting a core portfolio of surgical products used in theatre, supporting clinical best practice and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
The role involves building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, providing in-theatre support, and identifying opportunities to grow usage within the territory.
You'll play an important role in strengthening hospital partnerships and expanding the portfolio's presence across your region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Based in Sydney, you will be covering Sydney South and ACT Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to consistently exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and other key healthcare professionals.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring exceptional service and care at every stage.
Develop long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain expert knowledge of surgical products and procedures to advise and educate surgeons and theatre staff effectively.
ABOUT YOU: Proven sales experience in surgical sales, with confidence in engaging with surgeons and clinical teams and providing surgical support Demonstrated ability to grow a territory, identify new opportunities, and consistently deliver against sales targets Comfortable navigating complex hospital buying processes and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles Resilient, driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your territory and results Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively CULTURE AND BENEFITS: Competitive salary package - up to $175k OTE + super (depending on experience) A supportive work culture with additional benefits, including annual leave, paid parental leave, support for further education.
