Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Melbourne, VIC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Daily tasks include advising clients, conducting property showings, networking to attract new clients, and negotiating property deals to ensure positive outcomes. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying informed on current market trends are core components of this role.
Qualifications
* Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate principles and regulations
* Experience in Sales with a proven record of closing deals
* Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Understanding of Real Property markets and market trends
* Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and time management
* Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
* Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
* Familiarity with the Melbourne, VIC property market is advantageous
