What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate daily equipment movements across the state
* Monitor stock levels and availability to meet customer demand
* Arrange equipment releases, returns, and transfers
* Track performance and prepare monthly reports
* Forecast future equipment needs and provide updates to stakeholders
* Review and approve transport invoices
* Work closely with depots, transport providers, customers, and internal teams
* Attend depot visits and inspections when required
What We're Looking For
* Experience in shipping, logistics, transport or supply chain operations (container or equipment experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, operational environment
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Candidates from logistics coordination, transport planning or operations roles who are keen to move into container shipping are encouraged to apply.
