About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Rehabilitation Project Manager to work with our account management team and play a key role within the business.
You will be responsible for the management, guidance, and operational direction of the contract/s, ensuring that best practice contract management are implemented, internal stakeholder support provided, and jobs and projects delivered safely within expected and agreed contractual terms.
You will be a proactive, well organised individual, capable of managing competing demands to ensure positive job and project outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to the team across multiple projects at various stages at any one time for a portfolio of clients
* Assist the account management team to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimate assistance, resource requirements and risk identification
* Provide clear and focused leadership to onsite teams for delivery of projects within agreed timeframes
* Tracking progress of project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines
* Drive, administer and manage on site safety practices and plans including inductions and SWMS
About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
* Min 2+ years' experience in contract management in a similar industry
* Min 2+ years' pipe rehabilitation experience in civil, water and sewer network industries
* A sound knowledge of the principles and practices of Project Management
* Demonstrated planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time
* Experienced communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
* Proven high level customer service skills in regard to both internal and external stakeholders
