About your new role
* Oversee the Installation operations of the NSW business
* Ensure that installers are effectively scheduled, minimising downtime
* Working with relevant stakeholders to prepare quotes
* Ensure the completion of project documents (SWMS, Pre-starts, daily records)
* Staff supervision and performance reviews
* Training for the installations technicians, ensuring skills are consistently up to date
About you
* Strong working knowledge of the height safety industry including – Standards, Codes of Practice, safety and installation standards
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Qualifications in working safely at height, construction industry white card, first aid
* Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and ideally simPRO, Bluebeam, NearMap, Pervidi and Fluix
* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
