Rehabilitation Nurse Opportunity

As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with various conditions, including spinal cord injuries, amputations, and neurological disorders.
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other health professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Proven experience in rehabilitation nursing, preferably in a hospital or community setting.
