Our modern care home in Delacombe offers 144 beds with dementia and high care units, focusing on health, lifestyle, and wellbeing of our residents.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks that support the operation of the care home. Your duties may include:
* Employee Service - overseeing employee experience through administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, onboarding new starters, managing annual and sick leave in the rosters.
* Resident Placement - providing prospective residents and loved ones with a warm introduction to the Care Home by handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
* Concierge / Reception / Admin - leading customer and administrative experience function, ensuring high-quality customer service.
