As an IT & Technology Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas, including driving process improvement, managing strategic projects, and providing essential tech support.
What will I be doing?
Working in our Technology & Transformation function, you'll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, depending on the delegated project, initiative or task. Stakeholders may include- Customer Service, Central Operations, Service Centre staff, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Commercial/ Legal, Technical/Solutions Teams, HR and the PMO.
Some teams you could be working with include:
1st Rotation: Business Analysis – Within the Business Analysis domain, you’ll be exploring and reporting back on how we can evolve, to improve processes throughout our business.
2nd Rotation: Project Management – You will work on strategic and transformation projects, communicating with stakeholders to understand their pain-points and immediate needs, and you will ensure timely delivery of delegated tasks. You will build and nurture relationships, to become an advocate and trusted advisor of the business stakeholders
3rd Rotation: Support Services Function – you will provide technical support and administration of users technology residing on their desktops, laptops and mobile devices. You will be responsible for communicating with users regarding IT support related matters and ensuring that user satisfaction is achieved at all times.
Who we’re looking for
To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject area. You must also be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or have Australian Permanent Residency.
You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are some specific qualities we look for in our candidates. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas.
