We're working with one of our major clients to find an experienced
Contract Manager
to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your commercial, legal, and risk expertise into a high-profile environment where you'll influence major programs and drive value through effective contract management.
What You'll Do
* Lead and support contract management activities across complex projects and portfolios.
* Partner with senior stakeholders and client executives to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
* Provide advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle.
* Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and compliance risks.
* Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise and building capability.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in
contract management, commercial management, or procurement
.
* Strong knowledge of
contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks
.
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded.
* Professional certifications such as
World Commerce & Contracting (WCC/IACCM)
or
NCMA
are a plus.
