Salary: AUD43 - AUD44 per hour
Hours
7pm-3am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off)
Key Responsibilities
Weighting, mixing, diving, shaping & baking of breads, pastries and other baked goods
Baking off using rack and deck ovens
Follow recipes and production schedules and procedures
Stock management and ordering where required
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Quality control and continuous product improvement/development
Working collaboratively with the team to meet high-volume production demands, particularly during peak service periods
Assist with other production duties where required
About You
Previous experience in bakery production with a high standard of delivery (qualifications highly advantageous)
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and production methods
Sound numeracy skills
Excellent team player with strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to maintain strict quality control
