This is an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping, embedding and maturing risk management across a multibillion-dollar, decade-long program spanning major marine, civil, and port infrastructure works.You'll play a critical role in ensuring risks are proactively identified, assessed, managed, and clearly communicated to support confident, data‐driven decision‐making across a complex, multi-workstream delivery environment.About the role As Senior Risk Manager, you will lead and coordinate risk management across a large infrastructure program as part of the Project Controls team, working closely with Project Managers and broader delivery teams. You will establish a consistent and forward‐looking approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities across the project life‐cycle.The role combines hands‐on engagement with projects and a program‐wide perspective. You will support PMs to apply sound risk practices while providing consolidated risk insights that inform priorities, manage exposure, and support timely, well‐informed decision‐making. Through this work, you will embed strong risk discipline across the program, improve forecast reliability, and contribute directly to strategic and delivery decisions at a program level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across multiple projects and delivery partnersDevelop and maintain program-wide risk management frameworks, plans, and governance‐aligned processesManage a comprehensive risk register covering strategic, delivery, commercial, environmental, and operational risksIntegrate risk management with project controls including cost forecasting, scheduling, and contingency planningApply quantitative risk analysis (including Monte Carlo simulation to support cost and schedule confidence)Deliver high‐quality risk reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forumsAbout You You are an experienced risk professional with strong exposure to complex infrastructure or capital works programs.
