Hotel Operations Manager
As a seasoned and driven Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our hotel. This role involves managing front desk, reservations, and housekeeping services; supervising and rostering staff; maintaining high guest satisfaction; monitoring expenses; liaising with suppliers; and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, serving as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and suppliers.
* Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
* Manage reservations and guest relations.
* Supervise and train staff.
* Handle expenses and supplier relationships.
* Maintain property presentation and compliance.
* Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring daily operational readiness and secure nightly shutdowns.
* Provide guests with up-to-date local tourism information, and coordinate tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in front office operations, night auditing, or a similar role within hotel management.
* Strong leadership and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations systems.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude are essential in this role.
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays.
