We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Project Manager to oversee project delivery, client coordination, safety performance, and commercial outcomes across multiple scaffold work fronts.
About the Role
You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and delivering scaffolding packages for major civil and infrastructure sites. Working closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and client representatives, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
* Managing day‑to‑day delivery of scaffold packages
* Coordinating crews, materials, logistics, and subcontractors
* Reviewing designs, scopes, and engineering requirements
* Developing project schedules, forecasts, and cost tracking
* Leading onsite safety, quality and compliance
* Building strong client relationships and attending site meetings
* Preparing variations, progress claims, and reporting
* Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency

About You
We are looking for a capable, organised and safety‑driven leader who can manage multiple work fronts in a fast‑paced civil environment.
* Experience as a Project Manager, Project Supervisor, or Senior Leading Hand in scaffolding or similar construction discipline
* Strong knowledge of scaffold systems, engineering drawings, and site operations
* Proven experience coordinating crews and managing project delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance
* High level of organisation, planning and problem‑solving ability
Highly regarded:
* Advanced Scaffolding Ticket
* Experience with T2D, NPIW, or Department for Infrastructure and Transport projects
