About The Role
Permanent full time with access to a monthly RDO
Band 5 - $74,349 to $86,072
You will help maintain and improve Council's asset and GIS systems.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Maintaining and updating the Asset Management System (workflows, forms, reporting, asset classes)
* Coordinating asset data updates, new asset capture and reconciliation across systems
* Maintaining GIS datasets, spatial layers and producing mapping outputs
* Supporting system users with troubleshooting, guidance and training
* Assisting with compliance reporting, revaluations, lifecycle modelling and data quality reviews
* Contributing to process improvements, data governance and documentation
* Supporting shared‐service alignment within the AMS environment
About You
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a technical mindset and an interest in improving asset and GIS data systems.
You Will Bring
* Experience with asset management systems, GIS platforms or digital data tools
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to interpret plans, asset data and spatial information
* Confidence supporting users and explaining technical concepts
Candidates with experience from local government, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, construction, GIS or other data‐focused roles are encouraged to apply.
