OUR CLIENT
Our client is a French personal care company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. It is the world's largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field concentrating on hair color, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care. The Australian head quarters are based in Southbank, Victoria.
THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will be working in the commercial space, recruiting for professional roles such as marketing, business consultants, beauty experts, brand managers, brand coordinators, boutique managers, trainers. In this role, you will find your self working on a casual, ongoing basis, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)

YOU WILL BRING
High energy and enthusiasm and passion about the brand and products
Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment process - advertising, sourcing, screening, working with internal hiring managers, interviews, onboarding.
Experience in headhunting
Experience using CRM's and positive with multitasking.
Tertiary qualification in Human resources or similar
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
