Position Snapshot
As Project Director reporting to the Development Manager, you will:
Lead AirTrunk's program management team in Melbourne during our expansion Collaborate with partners and customers on scope and design for office and data hall fit-outs Support the Development Manager and senior management with client proposals and project transitions Build strong partnerships with general contractors and key vendors Daily Responsibilities
Manage construction activities for new builds and fit-outs, overseeing scope, safety, quality, timeline, and budget Provide leadership for project management teams Coordinate with internal teams and senior management on project proposals Ensure project milestones and contractual obligations are met Act as the main contact for development-related issues Engage regularly with contractors and suppliers to ensure outcomes Influence internal stakeholders to meet development objectives Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Review electrical and mechanical system designs for constructability Develop project scope, equipment needs, and support proposals and CAPEX requests Track project progress, safety, quality, and costs Oversee tender processes and evaluate bids Manage project costs, including reporting and vendor claims Coordinate project handover to operations Collaborate with operations during construction Contribute to process improvements Requirements
