We are looking for a Chef/Cook to join our team at Harrup Park Kool Beanz SUNS Childcare Centre.
With space for 94 children, our centre features classrooms and ancillary facilities, master chef kitchen and an inclusive outdoor setting that will stimulate all children senses.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook who can do a variety of cooking processes. You must have experience in managing special dietary and allergy requirements, work skillfully within a budget and report weekly costs accurately. You take pride in maintaining a clean workstation.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Supervisors Certificate
- Hold or able to obtain a paid Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Plan and prepare healthy, delicious food for children
- Experience in menu creation, bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control
- Excellent personal presentation
