About the Program
The program is divided into three distinct areas:
1. HR, Marketing & Communications: Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development.
2. Marketing & Communications, Contact Centre, Member Advice: Contribute to marketing campaign development and member communications. Gain exposure to financial advice processes and regulatory considerations.
3. Contact Centre, Investment Operations, Quality & Risk: Assist with daily investment operations, processing, and reporting. Participate in compliance monitoring, internal control testing, and risk reviews.
Requirements
* Curious, adaptable, and proactive learners with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities.
* Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field (Credit average or higher).
