**Client Account Executive**
We are looking for an eager professional to assist in the sales and account management process of our clients and their brands.
Work will initially be part-time, with the expectation to quickly develop into a full-time role within 6 months.
2Star is a growing 3rd Party Logistics company that specialises in the fulfillment processes of branded merchandise for minor and major FMCG, Finance, Sporting, Charity and other common service company brands.
Working directly alongside the Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating, managing and assisting sales projects and marketing activations.
The role requires:
- Sales assistance to the Director in all forms of CRM.
- Moving from brief-to-activation-to-fulfillment of sales projects.
- Project management with the internal team to manage job processes and output.
- Being one of the first points-of-contact for sales enquiries.
- Arranging and managing client meetings, both online and in person.
- Development of sales material for direct and in-direct promotion.
- Assistance with web-based and social-media marketing and content.
- Other administrative details where required.
Ideal competencies include:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency and highly fluent English, both written and verbal. (Mandarin a bonus but not essential).
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Particularly Excel.
- Amazing attention-to-detail and forecasting potential outcomes of choices made.
- Able to work autonomously when required.
- No-nonsense attitude with good problem resolution skills and ability under pressure.
- An understanding of the SME workplace, administration, and its flexibilities.
- Time management skills and the ability to focus on effective outputs.
- Ability and confidence to interact professionally with people at all levels.
- An understanding of social media platforms basic marketing principles
- Energy and positivity.
The role will start as a part-time position at full pay with a 3 month probationary period. Provided the role and performance progresses, we intend to turn the employment into a full-time role within 3-6 months.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
